- The company is not responsible for product damages resulting from non-compliance with installation instructions.
- The company is not liable for product breakage if the route to the site is not clear (e.g., bumpy roads).
- If the customer begins installation, this means that he has inspected the product and accepted the quality, color and condition.
- Returned quantities will be counted and classified by the Quality Control Department.
- Technical instructions for the installation of tiles and interlocking tiles have been provided.
- After receiving and performing a quality check on returned goods, the bank may take 4 to 15 business days to process the refund.
